To Begin Again: Artists and Childhood
Explore the influence of children on visual artists in this sweeping survey of 20th and 21st century art, with work by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Paul Klee, and Faith Ringgold! Including wall labels for younger readers, interactive drawing and reading spaces, and gallery games to help guide your visit, To Begin Again offers an engaging and fun experience for visitors of all ages. Free Thursday Nights
Thursdays from 5–9 PM
Drop by the ICA on Thursday nights for free admission! Join us for exhibitions, drop-in art-making, and pop-up talks with our Visitor Assistants. Tickets for Free Thursday Nights will be available online at 10 AM on that Thursday morning. Learn more
Gallery Games
Pick up a gallery game card to explore the museum as a “Thinker, Maker, Explorer, or Performer.” Explore To Begin Again: Artists and Childhood through a new lens with our specially designed bingo activity! Cards are available on the 4th floor. Great for a variety of ages and for intergenerational audiences to play together. Only #2 pencils allowed in the galleries.
