Artwork by Miguel E., Urbano Youth Artist in Residence
Pinpoint Boston is an exhibition of work in the ICA’s Seaport Studio created by Urbano Youth Artists in Residence. The work in this exhibition was created during a 2021 residency led by artist Yuko Okabe that focused on illustration, storytelling, community, equity, and belonging. Teens considered how they can use illustration as a mindful method of observation and imagination to envision healthy and accessible public spaces in their communities.
This exhibition was organized by the ICA’s Teen Exhibitions Program, a group of creative teens that work together to plan, organize, and install artwork in the ICA Teen Gallery. We are excited to welcome folks to join us for a night of food, music, art viewing and making.
This event will be held at the Seaport Studio, at 100 Pier 4 Blvd, and ICA Teen Program members will be guiding outside with flashlights until 6:30 PM.
