Amidst an ongoing global pandemic, the traditional runway show was radically reconfigured by fashion designers seeking new ways of presenting their collections. Virgil Abloh, in his role as Men’s Artistic Director at Louis Vuitton, was at the forefront of this innovation, creating a unique and powerful film—Peculiar Contrast, Perfect Light—with artists from Moved by the Motion and additional collaborators to showcase his fall/winter 2021 collection.
