Animated Films of Karen Aqua

With live soundtracks by the Ken Field Alto Sax Quartet plus drums.

In this unique program, saxophonist-composer Ken Field (Birdsongs of the Mesozoic, Revolutionary Snake Ensemble) assembles four alto saxes and a drummer to create vivid, evocative soundtracks for the animated films of his late wife, award-winning independent animator Karen Aqua (1954–2011).
