This summer, join the ICA as we host bi-monthly digital workshops with a focus on individual and collective well being. During this time, we want to tune into our own well being through art making, movement, mindfulness, and creating space to connect with others. Workshops will alternate between fostering physical health and tuning into our creative making sides.

Words and how we use language can be powerful, even when we reflect on and write about the mundane in our daily lives. What are sentiments that are resonating with you during these times? Express yourself with this art-making workshop hosted by Boston-based artist Andy Li, and create a text-based wall pennant that reflects on the intent of your words.
