About our Graduate Student Lecturer
Kevin Salazar (they/them) is a Graduate Student Lecturer at the ICA. They are currently pursuing a degree in Global Contemporary Art at Tufts University. In their research, they explore the artistic production of Latinx Diasporas in Germany. Proudly hailing from Huntington Park, California, Kevin is dedicated to expanding the reach of art spaces so they are welcoming and accessible, actively decenter whiteness, are equitable to all, and most importantly better serve and reflect the communities they have historically excluded.
