
Talking Taste with Michael Ceraldi
Launched back when restaurants in the Seaport were few and far between, the original Talking Taste series featured some of New England’s most prominent chefs demonstrating outdoors at the ICA how to prepare their signature dishes. Attendees could learn trade secrets and sample food, all while enjoying waterfront views of Boston Harbor. Now, the ICA is turning this beloved program into a virtual series where, in its new format, the event shines light on some of the most innovative chefs and restaurants in the area – and gives participants a chance to try out their recipes at home, with real-time cooking tips and feedback.
During a moment when we are all working to support our local communities, our hope is to raise awareness of the restaurants and talent in our area.
